Booking Terms

40% of the program fee — ¥30,000 at the Founding Member rate, or ¥60,000 at the standard rate.

The remaining program fee is due 60 days before departure. Travel expenses (lodging, meals, transport, bike rental) are billed with no markup and invoiced 30 days before departure.

60 days or more before departure: full refund, less a ¥10,000 handling fee. 30 to 59 days before departure: the deposit is kept; any other payments are refunded. Less than 30 days before departure: no refund. All riders must carry travel insurance.

You receive a full refund of everything you've paid.

Prices are set in Japanese yen and charged in US dollars at our fixed 2027 rate of ¥155 = US$1.

Founding Members (riders who book for 2027) receive a free first year of zencycle membership. Riders who book through MWR or ITT receive lifetime membership. Membership benefits are set by Zencycle LLC and may change over time.
